Sony had announced its killer smartphone for 2017 at the previous MWC, the Xperia XZ Premium. Many tech enthusiasts became curious about the device. While some are in awe of the smartphone, fortunately, the smartphone is now up for pre-order.

According to Android Community, the 2017 Sony flagship smartphone is a combined powerhouse smartphone of Xperia Z5 Premium and the Xperia XZ. Regarding the specs, it was said that the Xperia XZ Premium would sport a 5.5-inch 4K HDR display.

But the most anticipated feature of the Xperia XZ Premium is said to be its camera. Aside from its 19 MP Exmor RS camera rear camera and 13MP front-facing camera, its rear camera is said to have Predictive Capture along with Motion Eye for 190 fps super slow-mo to capture videos which are 4x slower than any smartphone.

Sony Xperia XZ Premium’s hood is said to be packed with the Snapdragon 835. The Sony flagship is then also mentioned to have 4 GB of RAM along with 64 GB of internal storage. Moreover, its battery is said to be a non-removable Li-Ion 3230 mAh with Qnovo Adaptive Charging feature. The beast device is also said to have various colors like Black, Forest Blue, Mineral Black, and Platinum.

Now the Sony Xperia XZ Premium is up for pre-order, Slash Gear noted that the shipment would be delayed for 3 months. The sole reason is the same for Samsung since Xperia XZ is also said to run the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 which is slated for May released. Sony and Samsung preferred to wait, unlike LG who took on Snapdragon 821 instead and launched early.

It was then stated that the Sony Xperia XZ Premium would cost £649, which is estimated to be around $790. Though it seems high, it was mentioned to be on par with other tech giant’s flagship phones’ price. The Amazon UK order page is then given as to made pre-orders possible. Regarding the shipping, it is identified that it would start on June 1.
