NBA trade rumors start to swirl around the Denver Nuggets nowadays. After their recent struggles, the Nuggets are said to be going for an early rebuild and are looking for a trade partner. Now, rumors are spreading that a rumored deal is being in the works between the Nuggets and the Cleveland Cavaliers with Kenneth Faried, Danilo Gallinari, Tristan Thompson and Iman Shumpert as part of it.

The Cavs were also recently dragged in the rumor mills just a couple of days. Though they are leading the Eastern Conference division with a 15-5 record, the three consecutive loss they suffered against the Milwaukee Bucks, Los Angeles Clippers and Miami Heat last week signifies that they lack depth on their roster most especially on their bench.

And since both teams want to shake up their roster, a proposed trade deal between the Cavs and Nuggets was said to being set-up. NBA trade scenario is suggesting the following:

1. The Cleveland Cavaliers will receive Kenneth Faried and Danilo Gallinari from the Nuggets;

2. Then, the Denver Nuggets will get Tristan Thompson, Channing Frye, Iman Shumpert, Mike Dunleavy plus the Cavs' 2020 first-round draft pick.

The trade will work under the NBA trade rules and salary cap restriction as per checking with ESPN NBA Trade Machine making it a legal deal for both teams and will be approved by league officials. However, will the trade be beneficial for the Cavs and Nuggets? Examining the deal closely will answer it.

Having Gallinari and Faried will surely add depth to the Cavs roster. Gallinari is averaging 16.2 points, 2.1 assists, and 4.5 rebounds while shooting a decent 35.4 percent in the three point line which will give them an added player that will support LeBron James on the offensive end. While the Cavs will benefit from Faried's emphatic energy both on offense and defense.

However, it will leave a big hole in their center spot with the departure of Thompson. Though they still got Chris Andersen, he is old enough to protect the middle and Faried can't play as a center if ever. With this scenario, the Cavs might think twice before making the decision.

Same goes to the Nuggets, the arrival of Thompson, Shumpert, Frye and Dunleavy could make their lineup disorganized. Chemistry will also be a big concern having four new players coming in.

Though the rumored deal between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Denver Nuggets will bring an upgrade to their roster aside from having the go signal of league officials, the downside of this NBA trade will be the chemistry issue it will bring to them plus the fact that it will affect the player's rotation of both teams.
