Resident Evil 7's "Midnight" update has brought support to PlayStation VR and PlayStation 4 Pro. Reportedly, the update will be released for Xbox on Dec. 9 and PC on Dec. 19. Game lovers who went dumb on the dummy finger have also been solved.

Capcom released the "Midnight" on PlayStation store this weekend, which opens new resolutions and HDR colors to the systems. Resident Evil 7 game now has a monster that can be killed by a newly introduced gun.

The demo has been successfully appreciated in the game world, which has two ending - options given to the player to explore more. As per Yahoo news, the update allows players two endings, one is the "True ending" that can be attained by escaping through the attic window without being infected by the monster in the basement.

Meanwhile, players who felt dumb on the mystery of dummy finger are finally relieved as the mystery is solved by a Reddit user. According to the user, the mystery can be solved in 34 steps but Polygon has shortlisted important steps.

According to the Reddit user who solved the mystery, some people have been successful in solving the dummy finger mystery in few steps, while some couldn't although they followed all the 34 steps. Probably, there may be a bug in their copy, which might get updated.

Players can open a new door splattered with blood in the attic by getting the five creepy sound effects, which can be got solving a puzzle like Konami - now called "P.T." The blood-splattered door room will simply have a rocking chair with a sign that says "You're the best ever!"
