Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been filling headlines with their nasty divorce and messy custody battle since September. According to reports, the estranged couple has finally reached a temporary custody agreement.

The Mirror reported that by that court document, it's been agreed Angelina will be given primary custody to their six kids - 15-year-old Maddox, 12-year-old Pax, 11-year-old Zahara, 10-year-old Shiloh and 8-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

It also said that the "Allied" actor will continue to have "therapeutic visitation" with the kids and reportedly attend weekly therapy sessions.

This agreement came after the Department of Child and Family Services and the FBI has closed its investigation on the child abuse allegations against Pitt involving his oldest son Maddox.

The actor was cleared of any wrongdoing after the allegations were made following a "reputed" incident on a private jet back in September. Just one day after that "incident", Angelina Jolie had filed for divorce.

The investigation into the alleged conflict between the 52-year-old actor and his 15-year-old adopted son Maddox has been closed after a "review of the circumstances", FBA said.

Brad strongly denied the allegations.

Sadly, arrangements for spending Thanksgiving together as a family didn't work out as "Allied" actor didn't spend the day with his kids despite alleged Shiloh's request.

Reports, the 41-year-old actress did not invite his estranged husband even though he was in the area.

So, Brad Pitt spent the Thanksgiving in a luxury island resort in Amanyara with a close friend. He was resting after been busy promoting his new movie starring aside Marion Cotillard, who was unfairly pulled in the whole controversial divorce story.

Let's wait for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie to make an official announcement regarding the custody agreement.
