Well-known rapper Drake is hitting the newsstand as dead and the reason for his controversial trending news is because he was a total no show in Abu Dhabi.

"#Drake dead" is currently trending on Instagram. The concern for several people is up in the air as Drake is rumored to have been dead.

Drake was supposed to perform for his programmed gig in Abu Dhabi on the night of November 26. Supposedly, as per Mirror, Drake songs were guaranteed to jam-pack the VIP Room, a popular nightclub in the area.

The establishment and the VIP Room management paid £200,000 in advance in order for Drake to maintain the evening. However, Drake was not seen anywhere near the area.

The heated situation resulted in a clash between Drake's and VIP Room's management. His much-anticipated visit to the nightclub allowed many of his fans to gather at the VIP Room, however, drake's absence was widely acknowledged.

Drake's fans were present till 5am all awaiting for Drake's performance to kick off. So the situation gave rise to chaos as many started to believe that Drake is dead, as it is very unlikely for Drake to miss his commitments.

Based on Drake's personal news source, the rapper was unable to reach the building last night and that's the reason for his absence.

"Due to Drake's overwhelming popularity the sheer number of people that turned up outside of the VIP Room made it completely unsafe for Drake to even enter the venue in the end so he was unable to perform".

However, whatever the reason may be, it was deemed unprofessional for Drake to disappear like that. The prodigy did not even consider addressing the crowd or even the management in order to handle the situation tactfully.
