An amazing 'alien mothership' has been spotted on Martian soil. And it was 'crashed' too! It was deciphered on NASA's Mars Global Surveyor (MGS) images.

A number of images seem to show life on Mars, as HNGN has revealed. The latest MGS image to be spotted not only indicates the presence of life on Mars but also points to intelligent Martians.Otherwise, who would pilot a spaceship?

Said Scott C Waring: "The long and turned landing tracks left behind from the craft show that the ship crash landed as gently as it could."

Nigel Watson, author of the UFO Investigation Manual, said to Metro: "There does seem to be a Mars Curse, as two-thirds of our own missions to this planet have failed. Even NASA scientists jokingly call it the great 'Galactic Ghoul'.

He does put in some 'it-is-it-is-not' arguments. He speculates that the alien spacecraft is going through similar problems. He speculates that it could be a natural geological formation. However, there seems to be "added mystery to the allegation that the images have been removed from websites to keep this image secret," he says.

He explains that when Martian missions are not able to land on Mars, it is more due to the difficulty on the surface, rather than "alien space activity or sabotage."

What would it be like when humans finally land there? "When we do eventually get there, say in 2033 as the National Geographic Channel's Mars TV series suggests, it'll be fascinating to get a close-up view of these so-called alien artefacts, spacecraft and bases to find out the truth of the matter first hand."

A number of strange objects have been spotted over months, even years. A face, a gold ring, a mask, a brick wall...the list is pretty long. Each time, the sceptics are confident that it could just pareidolia, or "his is a psychological response to seeing faces and other significant and everyday items in random places."

Other theories point to apophenia that happens when "people see patterns or connections in unconnected data."

Comments from observers fly thick and fast: "Looks like a base that opens the door and let light escape unto the sand dunes of Mars," said one reader.

"Or it can just be a damn meteor that crashed," said another.
