Rumor has it that Angelina Jolie called Brad Pitt and asked him for a "temporary truce" since she finally realized how much their children want them together for the holidays.

Their 10-year-old daughter Shiloh was begging her parents to spend holidays as a family and be nice to each other. According to new reports, she sent an emotional email to both of them, asking to spend Thanksgiving together.

Angelina then softened her attitude and bypassed their attorney mediator, calling her estranged husband directly. According to the insider, "He thanked her for the invitation and she said, "I think it'll be good for us."

The source added that it would only be a two-day truce and then they will continue their custody battle since both of them thinks that they are just doing what they know is best for their kids.

Shiloh isn't the only one who wants to see Brad and Angelina together for Thanksgiving. Obviously, the couple's other kids, Pax, Zahara, and twins Vivienne and Knox, all want a reunion between their parents.

However, their oldest child Maddox reportedly is not so enthusiastic by the idea. Maybe he is still angry about the argument he had with his dad aboard their private jet in September which apparently triggered Angelina's divorce filing.

The publication also claims Brad Pitt called Maddox with a tearful apology saying "he should have been a better listener."

The "Fight club" star has been cleared of any wrongdoing regarding the plane incident by the DCFS. However, Angelina is apparently still seeking sole custody of their six kids and Brad is still planning on fighting her for joint.

The same source said, "Brad's incredibly apprehensive about the thought of meeting Angelina face-to-face' but added that the Allied star is willing to do anything to spend Thanksgiving with his children."

It seems like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are willing to lay down their swords for their children sheik and reunite for Thanksgiving.
