Vikings Season 4 Part 2 will return to History on the announced release date of Nov. 30. The season holds not just an exciting premiere episode but devastating news for Lagertha is awaited and it may not bode well for either Ragnar or her.

Katheryn Winnick, who plays Lagertha has revealed that her character will get some life-altering news in 'Vikings' Season 4 Part 2. According to the actress, her character goes to the seer and he gives her some devastating news that changes her not just for the season but for her entire life, reports Inquisitr. The scene is a big one and it is a big moment for the seer answering a question and what he actually answers is something that no one has expected.

Her statement has left fans wondering and though the curtains will come down only when 'Vikings' returns, Gesta Danorum, an English chronicle of some Vikings stories, might hold some answers. It says that Ragnar Lothbrok met his fate at the hands of King Aelle and if ones sees this historical event in the context of the seer's prediction, it looks like this is the devastating news Lagertha receives.

Or it could be that Ragnar has committed suicide as revealed by the teaser trailer, claims Entertainment Weekly. The trailer shows him trying to commit suicide. Even if this does not materialize, the future seems bleak for Ragnar as the synopsis says that his allies have different plans and the Lothbrok sons also refuse to follow the mission of their father.

Talking of Lagertha, Katheryn Winnick also revealed that her character will be confronting Aslaug in Season 4. She wants to capture Kattegat as she believes that neither Aslaug nor Ragnar are doing the right thing about the villages. Her dream is to make Kattegat one of the largest trading centers and also expand two different territories. It remains to be seen if she will succeed in achieving this dream or the seer will tell her something ominous in this regard.
