OnePlus launches its new flagship OnePlus 3T, the other variant of OnePlus 3.
The new OnePlus 3T smartphone looks exactly similar to OnePlus 3 smartphone. OnePlus reassures users that "OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T to be two versions of the same phone."
According to Indian Express, the new flagship OnePlus 3T has few upgrades over its OnePlus 3 variant. The report brings up the clear specs and features of OnePlus 3T which boomed the tech market today.
Display: The OnePlus 3T comes with the same 5.5 inch Full HD having 1920 x 1080 pixels display with 401 ppi pixel density. A Corning Gorilla Glass 4 on top and the AMOLED display as it was seen in OnePlus 3. The display is also featured with a night mode.
Body: OnePlus 3T measures 152.7 x 74.7 x 7.35 mm and weighs 158g, which is exactly the same as the OnePlus 3 phone. The two colors available are the 'bold Gunmetal' and 'soft gold.' However, it is reported that the 'bold Gunmetal' option is 128GB storage variant and 'soft gold' option is 64GB storage variant.
Processor: Under the hood, OnePlus 3T is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 which is quad-core one processor together with t he Adreno 530 GPU. OnePlus 3T features a 6GB LPDDR RAM with storage options of 64GB or 128GB with UFS 2.0.
OS: OnePlus 3T comes with Android Marshmallow straight out from the box. However, OnePlus says that both the newer and older smartphones will get the Android 7.0 Nougat by end of the year.
Rear Camera: OnePlus 3T is equipped with 16MP rear camera having Sony IMX 298 Sensor and 1.12 µm pixel size. The rear camera also features OIS, PDAF, 4K video resolution as well Slow Motion (720p at 120fps). The rear camera of OnePlus 3T supports RAW Image and has a Sapphire crystal lens cover.
Front camera: The front camera in OnePlus 3T is 16MP with the Samsung 3P8SP Sensor and 1.0 µm pixel size. It supports EIS, Auto-focus, PDAF, has an aperture of f/2.0 and will shoot 1080p video at 30fps.
Battery & Other features: OnePlus 3T has more powerful battery than its old variant. A 3,400mAh battery is equipped inside the OnePlus 3T smartphone. OnePlus 3T has a USB 2.0 Type-C charging port, Dual-nano SIM slot and 3.5 mm headphone jack.
Price: According to GSMarena, OnePlus 3T will be available on November 22 in North America followed by other tech markets on November 28 in the online stores. OnePus 3T has a price tag of $439 for 64GB storage and $479 for the 128GB storage.
