Heads up Manga lovers! New Season 2 of the Japanese superhero webcomic television series, One Punch Man, is going to be aired soon.

Eventhough there have been rumors saying there might be no continuation of the anime series earlier this season, it had been proven to be false as the official Twitter account for the webcomic series had announced that it is currently in production.

Following this, speculations about the possible events that can happen on the second season of the series have surfaced online, as well as possible plots. News Everyday reported that the reason behind Saitama's incredible super strength will be revealed on the next season.

Story behind Saitama's power and strength

Viewers and followers of the show have always known that Saitama's constant training and exercise have made him super strong. But they also know that there is a story behind it.

He was a superhero at the start of the webcomic series and the most powerful being in the universe have also gotten curious on where he got his powerful strength from. The source said that fans can finally find out on the next season.

New Powerful Enemies and battle vs Garou

It has also been speculated that the second season of One Punch Man will surely feature new and powerful enemies. Since the production team of the series announced that they will feature a new and unique storyline on the next season, fans are surely excited on the characters that Saitama faces and encounters in season 2. 

Rumors have also surfaced online that Saitama will have a battle with Garou, known as the human monster, in the upcoming season. This will be exciting as well because they are both humans, unlike in the previous season where he fought with monsters.

Saitama's love interest and possible love triangle

Lastly, on the rumored plot leak, it had been mentioned that Saitama will fall in love with someone in the upcoming season. The love interest is still unknown yet but there are speculations that could be siblings Tatsumaki and Fubuki, so there might be a love triangle that can happen among them. However it could also be a new character since the previous season did not have a lot of female characters in it. 

These speculations, however, remain to just be rumors until fans can finally see the start of another season of the webcomic series.

One Punch Man Season 2 is rumored to be released in the early months of 2017.
