In a report from GameNGuide, Rebecca Sugar, the head of the show Steven Universe has thought of another exciting journey for its main character-Steven. Steven will have an additional power which will be emphasized on the first episode of Steven Universe Season 4.

Gem Harvest will be the working title for its episode 1. This first episode titled Gem Harvest will be about the new power of Steven which enables him to make vegetables that can walk around and talk. On the other hand, Lapis Lazuli and Peridot were confused about the purpose of his power.

Moreover, Sugar has mentioned that there will be two gems that will be spending their days planting some vegetables. It was also shown in the trailer of Steven Universe that Lapis Lazuli and Peridot were thinking if they can also create a talking pumpkin. However, the vegetables did not listen to their commands and instead went to Steven's arms.

Meanwhile, in a report by News Everyday, there are lots of rumors that Steven Universe cannot survive for any more season as it had low ratings last Season 3 on Cartoon Network. Due to this issue, there were certain assumptions that Steven Universe will not be seen on air in the future. New online platforms for cartoon shows can be considered as another factor why rumors it cannot survive any longer.

On the other hand, there were positive responses coming from the viewers with regard to its impact for its avid supporters. They still wish to see the series come back for Season 5.

In addition, Shelby Rabara, the voice of Peridot revealed how the character she voices for helped her in her personal life. Since their characters have similarities, it impacted her in a way that she can already control her and deal with personal matters confidently.
