Rumor has it that Kate Middleton is three to four months pregnant with her second child, but according to the Daily Beast, there's a more immediate celebration to tend to first, as the Duchess turns 32 on Thursday. How will she celebrate?

Kensington Palace insiders report that Middleton will spend her big day with just a few close friends and family members this year at Apartment 1-A, the luxurious residence she shares with Prince William and their son, Prince George. It should be a similar affair to New Year's, which the Duchess also spent "quietly" with her sister, Pippa.

Could such "quiet" plans be a sign that the Duchess truly is pregnant? The Palace has yet to confirm or deny such speculation.

Also this week, Prince William begins his new course at Cambridge University, part of his plan to go back to school and study up on agricultural management through a program organized by the Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership which he will finish sometime in mid-March.

Though he already has a degree as a University of St. Andrews graduate, where he met his bride-to-be and studied Art History and Geography, this new course will allow the Duke to gain a more in-depth understanding of agriculture in order to help local and rural British communities through his royal servicework.
