According to a recent report, a UFO has been spotted in China that was captured by a camera installed on a car's dashboard that pulled over to take stock of inexplicable phenomenon in the sky.

In the peculiar footage, that can also be seen on YouTube, shows a driver stopping his car behind several abandoned vehicles as people clogged the roads ogling at the strange object in the sky.

The video was shot in Guangzhou, China from a car's dashboard camera in April. However, it recently got viral after it was uploaded on YouTube by Scott C Waring, an ardent UFO blogger.

The video shows how the crowd is building up on a Chinese highway as a peculiar object, looking strangely like a UFO, was spotted in the sky. Curious people got of their cars and started taking photos and videos from their smartphones.

Despite the video evidence, many are skeptical about the authenticity of the event which is currently doing the rounds on popular video channel.

One YouTube user pointed out that even though so many people were recording the event, this video is the only source of that incident.

Another user even went on to call the video as fake, revealing the technical aspects indicating that it was doctored.

Despite what the YouTube users have to say, this is not the firs time that UFO sightings have been reported. Just recently, similar incident was reported in Ireland and England when an unnamed photographer sent a high-definition image of of an unidentified object circling the sky in these two locations.

The image shows a silver metallic disk that appears to be hiding over the clouds. The photographer sent a report to MUFON, the largest organization in US for investigation of UFO, saying that it didn't look anything like birds or a plane, so it must be a UFO.

MUFON is currently investigating the image.
