NBA Superteam Golden State Warriors officially started their training camp on Tuesday with Kevin Durant working smoothly for the Warriors, according to an article by Janie McCauley of the Associated Press.

Feeling anxious on his first formal work day as a member of the Golden State Warriors, seven-time All-Star Kevin Durant woke up at 7am before his alarm even sounded.

Once he hit the road on his new NBA City to drive to the Warriors' practice facility, he said that he was worried about getting late.

In an interview, he said, "I hit a little bit of traffic as I was on the highway. And I wasn't used to that in Oklahoma City."

Kevin Durant is the biggest free agent on the NBA market this offseason. Many were surprised when he choose to sign a two-year $54.3 million deal with the Golden State Warriors instead of re-signing with his long-time NBA team Oklahoma City Thunder.

But when the training camp started, KD is welcomed in the Bay Area with open arms. So far, KD is loving it now.

With KD on the line-up, the Warriors were now called the NBA super team, having him in the roster with two of the best shooters in the league - Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.

With the mixture of versatile forward Draymond Green and 2015 NBA Finals MVP Andre Iguodala, the Warriors are heavy favorites to win the Larry O'Brien's NBA Championship trophy this coming NBA season.

Despite losing key players like Andrew Bogut, Harrison Barnes, Marreese Speights and Leandro Barbosa, the team is still a very strong team. Aside from Kevin Durant, they also signed veterans Zaza Pachulia and David West.

As the heavy favorite to win an NBA title this season, expect that opposing teams that will face the Warriors will be extra motivated to snatch a win in this seemingly unbeatable team. But Curry and company said that topping their 73-win last season will not be a priority because the ultimate goal is to win another NBA Championship.

On the other hand, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said that Durant fits in "great" on the first day.

In an interview, Kerr said, "It went well, better than I thought," said Kerr, the reigning NBA Coach of the Year. "We had a team dinner last night and I looked around and we had, I want to say, 12 or 13 new faces including the camp invites. It's a reminder that this is a much different team, much different season. Practice was really smooth, especially considering all the new faces."
