The Duchess of Cambridge made a faux pas when the royal couple landed at Canada. Queen Elizabeth may get upset about it all, and tick her off - at least so says the media. It is noted that after she got down from the Canadian Royal Air Force jet with her family, she bent down to speak to Prince George, which sparked a fussilade in the press.

It is recalled that Prince William had earlier been ticked off by Queen Elizabeth when the entire family went to watch an RAF display from the Buckingham Palace balcony. "The memory of her Majesty telling William off for bending down to speak to George at June's Trooping the Colour is only too clear in our heads," as the Queen had tapped the Duke when he bent down to talk to George. "Stand up, William," she had said, sternly.

Even though this time, there was no "queenly" reprimand, Princess Kate has been taken to task by the media. One  charge is that she had "yet another wardrobe malfunction because the Royal blue dress was much, much too short and the entire world nearly saw Kate's lady parts when she hunkered down to speak to George." As she was holding Charlotte, it was a rather awkward position to be caught in.

Prince George was being quiet, yet seemed nervous at the attention. Perhaps he needed to be soothed. Perhaps that is why Princess Kate stooped to talk to him. However, as she had made a royal visit on a Canadian Royal Air Force jet from England to Canada, she was reprimanded by media sources.

Hopefully, there will be no more 'wardrobe malfunctions', as the children are put up at the Government House, their Canadian base of operation, even as the parents visit British Columbia and the Yukon Territory.
