After the massive success of the first "Deadpool" movie, fans are strongly confident that a sequel will be produced soon. It turns out that Marvel feels the same.

The bad thing with sequels, sometimes, it just ruins the quality of the first movie. However, fans should not be worried about the "Deadpool" sequel being just another blockbuster film that was made just to join the bandwagon.

Director Tim Miller believes in making the sequel follow the core of Deadpool's character and not an overrated one. Of course, we can expect the sequel to introduce more characters since "Deadpool" is part of the Marvel universe, specifically the X-Men universe. After all, in the first movie, mutants Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead helped Wade Wilson a.k.a. Deadpool (played by Ryan Reynolds) in rescuing his one true love, Vanessa.

In the end credits of the first "Deadpool" movie, the Merc With The Mouth told us that Cable will be in the next movie though they do not have any idea yet as to who will play the part. A Deadpool and Cable tandem is not new anymore. In fact the duo once had comic books about their adventures although it was cancelled after 50 issues.

But who is Cable, you may ask?

Cable's true name is Nathan Summers and is the son of Cyclops and Jean Grey's clone, Madelyne Pryor. His super abilities include telekinesis and time travel. Rumor has it that actor Kyle Chandler is going to play the role.

While Cable is almost already confirmed to be appearing in "Deadpool 2", it will not be a surprise if other mutant/s from X-men will join the adventure. Now, there are already many fan theories regarding this.

The telekinetic mutant who is also expected to appear in the "Deadpool" sequel is Domino. She has a very turbulent bordering on romantic relationship with Deadpool. So considering the first movie was about the mercenary's love for Vanessa then it will be very exciting how will the producers will introduce this mutant. One thing's for sure, fans can expect a love triangle, mutant style.
