 A Quartz report confirmed the rumors that the September 7^th Apple event will also give way for the release of the Apple Watch 2. The said report elaborated that the rumored launch of the Apple Watch 2 would possibly happen on the event since the company is in great need to showcase an entirely new set of products under the command of its current CEO Tim Cook to prove that his reign is not a total flop.

A separate Bloomberg report hinted that the new Apple Watch 2 might be equipped with a new GPS chip, better health tracking function, thinner body and a bigger battery.

In addition to that, it is rumored that the September 7^th event will also give way for the release of the iPad Mini 5.
