Its time to move on to the new rumored upgrade that Apple has been preparing for everyone, the new iMac Pro or as others call it, iMac 2016.

Apple's iMac did an upgrade in October 2015 but it was only limited to Retina screen and Skylake processor chips.

The latest upgrade of the iMac is likely to be launched next month, October, or can be pushed as late as June 2017 depending on the device's hardware update.

The processor of the new iMac can be Intel's newest 7th-gen chipset Kabylake or AMD Zen Processor which is quite pricier but clearly with more power. Apple can always opt to include the AMD Zen Processor as an upgrade option for users or include it in the high-end models.

Kabylake processors provide provision for USB 3.1 alongside Thunderbolt 3 and DisplayPort 1.2. If the new iMac will be powered by Kabylake, each port on the new iMac will be enhanced. Flash Storage or Hybrid Fusion Drive is also likely to be standardized and not be add-ons or options for upgrade.

Good news also for professional users and hardcore gamers as the new iMac will have an improved Graphics Chip. It is believed that the new iMac will feature AMD'S Polaris 10 or 11 which will greatly enhance graphics performance with probable decrease in heat wastage and power consumption.

Apple certainly has many surprises up its sleeve as Bloomberg reports that the company is not ending 2016 without introducing other upgrades to its current line like the new MacBook Pro 2016, MacBook Air and the much-awaited collaboration with LG, the 5K Stand-alone Monitor.
