It looks like Microsoft's Surface Book 2 is the winner.

MacBook Pro 2016 will be thinner and lighter but leak specifications suggest that Surface Book 2 will undergo major redesign making it slimmer and sexier than Surface Book 1.

The removable display that the predecessor of the Surface Book 2 will most likely be carried on to the new model - meaning, Surface Book 2 can be used as both normal laptop and a tablet. MacBook Pro 2016, however, does not have any chance to have feature like this.

Rumor has it that MacBook Pro 2016 can have a stylus support. However, if ever it will be incorporated, the stylus will only be limited on the Mac trackpad. It should be noted that the stylus in iPad Pro is being sold separately. So if ever, the same will be the case with the new MacBook.

However, Surface Book 2 is probably equipped with a Surface Pen as the first model.

If you are the type of person who thinks that what is inside matters most, then you will still be inclined to buy the Surface Book 2 as it is already powered by Intel's Kaby Lake (seventh generation chip). MacBook Pro 2016 is likely to be launched with Skylake. If Apple will stand by Kaby Lake, their latest MacBook will be called MacBook 2017.

Hardcore gamers will also prefer the Surface Book 2 over the MacBook Pro 2016 because of its powerful graphics in portable gaming capability, which will render both 3D and 4K display resolution.

The release date for Surface Book 2 is closer than you think as Microsoft took it to Instagram to tease everyone with their latest device. Meanwhile, MacBook Pro is rumored to be released on October.
