"NCIS" will have an outstanding comeback with three of its new recruits. The character of Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo, played by Micheal Weatherly bid Season 13 farewell. He left Special Agent Jethro Gibbs, played by Mark Harmon, a gigantic task to fix the team of the longest running police drama on CBS.

One of the things that viewers should be on the lookout for on "NCIS" Season 14 is the "promotion" of some recurring characters like, Duane Henry, according to Christian Post. Alhough that cannot be considered as a "new" addition to the cast because he already had a periodic role as MI6 Officer Clayton Reeves in the past. But he is now reported to become a regular of the show. 

On the other hand, even though the farewell of Weatherly is such a sad event, it has given a platform for Gary Glasberg to inject enthusiasm on the show after 13 years. He mentioned that  altering the members of the cast has made things a bit more interesting for the "NCIS" series after quite a long time. 

As posted on Cartermatt, "NCIS" revealed some of the major information about Season 14. This ncluded a photo from the premiere episode entitled "Rogue" . Despite that this is basically just an image, it did give the hint how fierce "NCIS" Season 14 might start. 

Furthermore, Spoiler TV reported that "NCIS" Season 14 Episode 1 will possibly begin with a deadly car accident in D.C a. The NCIS team will opt to investigate the tragic event which will somehow connect them to Special Agent Nicholas "Nick" Torres (Wilmer Valderrama).

It also added that Gibbs would ask Special Agent Alexandra "Alex" Quinn (Jennnifer Esposito) about his team.Gibbs is said to be back in action and that he will be accompanied by Abby in a car explosion scene.

"NCIS" Season 14 will also reveal that Gibbs will be fascinated with Special Agent Alex and would be constantly on the phone with her on the season.

"NCIS"Season 14 Episode 1 will be released on September 20 only on CBS Network.
