Samsung Electronics Co Ltd. recently confirmed the launch of Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 on Sept. 2.

The 8.0-inch and 9.7-inch versions will debut in Berlin, Germany at an annual IFA event, acording to reports.

Rumors claimed that the Galaxy Tab S3 is more advanced and slightly different compared to its predecessor. It is also believed to come with an enhanced processor as well as in 8.0-inch and 9.7-inch variants.

A translated text from the company's website published by GSM Arena hinted that the Galaxy Tab S3 features a more advanced processor and a high-performance operating system that enables it to seamlessly connect with other elements for a more enhanced performance.  It also revealed that the Galaxy Tab S3 comes with qualities similar to that of the Galaxy Tab S2 but with some unknown innovations.

Although reports did not reveal the Galaxy Tab S3's specs, the upcoming device is rumored to be equipped with an upgraded battery and storage capacity. The 8.0-inch version is believed to come with 32 GB internal storage along with a 4,000 mAh battery while the 9.7-inch version will sport a 5,870mAh battery pack and 64 GB internal storage capacity.

It is believed to feature the enhanced Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor, a 3 GB RAM and a huge display screen with 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution that provide high definition display quality.

Furthermore, the Galaxy Tab S3 is expected to use the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system coupled with better user interface and a wide array of new applications such as the customized Google browser, Now on Tap app, Doze app and Android Pay.

On top of that, the much-awaited Samsung device is believed to be designed with a GPS, NFC and 4G LTE support along with a Bluetooth 4.2. Unfortunately, Samsung Electronics Co Inc. did not provide any official confirmation regarding these matters.
