Fans have been waiting with bated breath for the next season of "Stranger Things" and though it has not been commissioned yet, some positive news is here for the fans.

According to reports, the creators of the sci-fi show, Matt and Ross Duffer, have given some important insights about season 2. They have revealed that the next season will dwell on the upside-down world as it has a lot of depth and they have a 30-page document detailing the mystery of the world. It was due to time constraints that they could not include it in the first season. However, they have lots of juicy details about that mysterious world and fans can look forward to seeing more of it.

The duo also plans to solve mysteries as the show progresses and they would not be explaining everything away. Detailing further, they said that in season 1, they cut away to the government occasionally for pops of mystery or horror. However, they did not want a scene where a scientist would just sit down and explain everything. What they wanted was to slowly unveil the layers of mystery to the audiences through the eyes of ordinary people.

Interestingly, they intend to take a 1-year-leap as the young age of some actors has become an issue. Dustin, Lucas, Eleven, and Will might look very different in a year and thus, season 2 will have to skip events from season 1. Matt revealed that actor Gaten Matarazzo's voice has changed so much that even automated dialogue replacement will not work.

Talking of actors, Natalia Dyer aka Nancy has also spoken about her character. In an interview, she said that she is curious like everyone else and appreciates the writers for doing a great job. She stated that it is fun to think about the interactions of characters and expressed delight at the prospect of exploring these different relationships in next season.

Chances are very high that season 2 will get commissioned soon and is expected to release in 2017 on Netflix.
