Thursday has come around once again, which means that Nintendo has new digital games and add-ons available for fans to download on various Nintendo platforms.

As Nintendo notes, the offerings update weekly, making new games available on eShop for the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS family of handhelds, the Nintendo DSi shop for the Nintendo DSi system and the Wii Shop Channel for the Wii console. The systems feature parental controls, allowing adults to input passcodes and control what content their children can access.

Here is a list of new games, add-ons and discounted ones, according to a press release:

Nintendo eShop on Wii U:

In addition, in celebration of a "Star Fox Zero's" upcoming April 21 release, Nintendo will be holding a special event on Miiverse where participants can submit "Star Fox"-themed art on the Miiverse Star Fox Zero Intergalactic Art Event community by April 22 for a chance to win $10 in Nintendo eShop credit. Participants can enter once a week, and 40 winners will be chosen in total.

Aside from "Fire Emblem" and "Pokkén Tournament" which have both been well-received - albeit with a few complaints. The takeaway from this week's offering is "Lovely Planet." Developed by tinyBuild, "Love Planet" is a bare-bones first-person-shooter where you're tasked with defeating foes, saving innocents and sometimes even disarming bombs. The graphics are deceptive as well; while it looks like a children's game, the title is quite immersive with 100 levels, tons of secrets to discover, and even leaderboards to determine who can beat everything the fastest.

The game has been well recieved on the PC and will also be making it's way to the PS4.
