Telltale games has been making noise in the rumor mill these past few weeks leading up to the holiday shopping season. The first news came with the announcement trailer for the follow up to its award winning game "The Walking Dead: 400 Days." Next came speculation that the developer would be taking on another titan of television and create a similar series set in George R.R. Martin's "Game of Thrones" universe. Now, just after the bloody season finale of the popular AMC television show, the developer is leaking some details about some returning characters in Season Two of "The Walking Dead Game."

The first chapter of the new season will be titled "All That Remains" and launch sometime this month, according to confirmation tweets from the developer. In addition to the release name and date, Telltale went ahead and gave users a little extra teaser by offering a screenshot that showed "a familiar face returns" to the new season of the popular decision-based click game.

According to PC Gamer, the screenshot tells us that popular characters Clem and Omid are both back in the next installment of the game, although Clem's return was already confirmed in the teaser trailer for the update, which you can watch below. Omid's return on the other hand is big news to fans.

Devotees of the game will also recognize the location of the screenshot as Gil's Pitstop, the central location for Season One's 400 Days DLC.

In Season Two, gamers will take a break from controlling the capable yet reluctant leader Lee Everett and will instead play as Clementine. This is an interesting choice from the developers as Lee's able-bodied and decisive character allowed users to be in control more. Clementine, due to her age and size, will be inherently more vulnerable to attacks from walkers and other threats.
