Eagle-eyed fashion observers caught three actresses wearing the same dress on the red carpet in a span of four days. The sheath black and navy number, which cost $1,127, was designed by Jonathan Simkhai.

First to parade the dress wasf Diane Guerrero from "Orange is the New Black" and "Jane the Virgin." The Latina actress wore Simkhai's creation Tuesday, Feb. 23 at a speaking and mentoring engagement for Orgullosa, according to the New York Post.

The following day, "Taken" star Maggie Grace showed up at a Global Green Gala wearing the Simkhai outfit, while Candace Cameron Bure wore the dress on a Friday press event on "The View," where she was promoting the release of "Fuller House" on Netflix.

The $1,127 Simkhai dress is selling online at Luisaviaroma, and it's likely that the dress' white detailing, which outlines and flatters the body's figure, is what's making it so popular among the actresses, according to People.

Simkhai often applies his signature style in creating cocktail dresses. He makes a lot of use for lace, which is apparently a family tradition, according to Vogue. Only recently, the designer found out that his grandfather used to own a lace factory in their native Iran and he's got some samples of the materials from his grandfather's archive.
