WARNING: The following contains spoilers for AMC's "The Walking Dead."

As fans of  The Walking Dead" know, the series has taken several creative liberties when it comes to adapting the source material. A handful of changes have been made for one reason or another, perhaps the biggest being the death of Andrea in season three. In the comics, Andrea is still alive and well and actually very well-liked (crazy, right?).

More important, however, is that Andrea and Rick are in a serious committed relationship. Hell, Carl even calls her "mom." So when she was killed at the conclusion of season three, many wondered which character would take her place as a romantic interest. For a while there, we all thought it would be Jessie. But her death in the midseason premiere put the kibosh on that fling.

Now, according to The Spoiling Dead Fans, we may have our answer. Episode 610 (full spoilers for the episode can be found HERE) will feature a time jump that will reveal Rick and Michonne together.

"By the end of the episode, Rick and Michonne have sex, just like that," TSDF report. "They hold hands, make out and then have sex and when Jesus arrives in Rick's bedroom they're naked in bed together. ETA: This will be their first time. Nothing happened over the jump. And it all begins with mint drops."

This may not come as a huge surprise to some "Walking Dead" viewers. Fans have long been rooting for a Rick-and-Michonne hookup thanks to their compatibility and Michonne's close connection with Carl. Plus, she has long been the logical candidate to replace Rick should anything happen to him as they are both natural leaders. In the comics, Michonne is involved with a different character so it will be interesting to see how the show rejiggers the relationships.
