Trevor Noah is not pleased with the recent news that white actor Joseph Finnes was cast to play Michael Jackson in an upcoming TV movie about the late pop star. On Thursday night's episode of "The Daily Show," Noah made a point to say that Jackson did not stop being African-American even though his skin color changed.

"That is not how being black works," Noah said. "Just because your outside appearance changes doesn't mean your DNA does. Does anyone say, 'Oh, The Situation used to be white?' No they don't say that. Just because he's orange now doesn't mean he's not white anymore."

While Noah was upset over the fact that a white actor was cast to play the King of Pop, he was even more about that fact that it was a totally random white actor.

"At least if it was Meryl Streep, we'd be like, 'Yeah I mean, but she's dope.' But Joseph Fiennes? The guy who played Shakespeare? That's like the whitest guy in history!"

Check out Noah's whole speech below where he did indeed call the actor by the name of his more famous brother, Ralph Fiennes.
