Warning: The following contains possible spoilers for AMC's "The Walking Dead."

When last we saw Carol and Morgan in "The Walking Dead," they were on opposite sides of an ideological issue. Morgan was trying to save the soul of a member of the Wolves, much like his soul was saved in the quality bottle episode "Here's Not Here" during the first half of season six. Carol, ever the realist, wanted to execute the prisoner following his violent actions against the Alexandrians and his promises to do the same should he escape (spoiler alert: he does).

The show left us with the sense that Carol and Morgan were going to continue to butt heads in a much more serious manner during the second half of season six. However, The Spoiling Dead Fans report that the two may put their problems on the back burner for the time being.

"During the MSP [midseason premiere] there should be a scene where Carol, Morgan, Tara and Eugene are fighting walkers together in the street. Only a little snippet, but given how we last saw Carol and Morgan, it's certainly a little more interesting. Looks like those two might wake up, put their issues on hold and jump into the chaos."

This is an unconfirmed rumor at the moment, but The Spoiling Dead Fans have built up a solid track record of accuracy over the course of the show. Plus, this rumor makes a lot of sense from a practical standpoint. If you'll remember, Alexandria is currently under siege by a horde of hungry walkers. That doesn't seem to be the best environment for two main characters to hold a philosophical debate, you know?

Hopefully, the rigors of battle will bring Morgan and Carol closer to an understanding. If not, you can expect the two to exchange words once they reach safety, assuming both of them survive. We'll keep you posted if any other important details become available.

"The Walking Dead" will return to AMC for the second half of season six on Feb. 14.
