The last we saw of Daryl, Abraham and Sasha in AMC's "The Walking Dead," they had been stopped by Negan's Saviors in the middle of the road. Newsflash: that isn't good. Without knowing anything of their background, audiences could immediately tell that these guys were trouble.

Unfortunately, we didn't get to discover our hero's fates as "The Walking Dead" loves itself some cliffhangers. But this new promo clip for the second half of season six checks back in on the situation and let's just say that things aren't looking good.

For those familiar with the comics, the Savior's line of "just popping one of you right off the bat" is a clear reference to Negan's way of doing business. He does make an immediate impression by beating people to death with his barb wired wrapped bat that he lovingly nicknamed Lucille. Talk about issues. Could one of these three fan favorites be making that acquaintance soon?

Jeffrey Dean Morgan will make his "Walking Dead" debut as Negan in the season six finale, so in the meantime all we have is this main Savior acting menacingly. Sasha is clearly going to try to reason with the man, but we're not entirely sure how well that's going to go. Let's hope "The Walking Dead" doesn't start off this half-season with a painful death.

"The Walking Dead" will return to AMC on Feb. 14.
