Australia has clinched a presiding five-match One Day International (ODI) series 4-1. India bounced back with a comprehensive win in the first T20 played at Adelaide on Tuesday, according to ABP Live. Spinners Ravichandran Ashwin (2-18) and Ravindra Jadeja (2-21) guided India to a 37-run victory over a Aaron Finch-led side.

"I think it's been a batsmen's tournament, so you've got to stick to your basics and hope that you put the balls in the right place. When I came back I was pretty confident, I had my plans in place and I also had the extra fielder outside the circle, which was a big advantage," Ashwin said ahead of Melbourne match, according to The Hindu.

Australia is hosting India for five ODIs and three T20Is. Both sides are keen to use the series for the International Cricket Council (ICC) T20 world cup scheduled in March and April.
