Lulu is set to perform "The Man Who Sold The World," a track made famous by legendary rock singer David Bowie, on her upcoming tour. "I can't not sing 'The Man Who Sold The World.' I can't not do that song," the Scottish singer said in an interview with the Press Association, according to the Irish Examiner.

Lulu, 67, is set to start her show tour, which will consist of 31 dates, all across the UK and will showcase tracks from her latest album "Making Life Rhyme." She will also perform old favorites like "Shout" and the aforementioned David Bowie track as a tribute to the late singer, who died on Jan. 10 at the age of 69 after a long cancer battle.

Bowie had co-produced Lulu's version of the track, which was taken off his third studio album with musician Mick Ronson, according to The Sun.

Her version of the track was released as a single in 1974 and peaked at number three on the UK Singles Chart, providing her with an unusual top five hit following "Boom Bang-A-Bang," which was released in 1969.

"That was a very big important point in my career and I had a personal relationship, albeit for a moment," Lulu said about the time she spent with the late singer, according to The Telegraph"Like everyone of his generation, I feel sad for him, but I feel really sad, because I'm a woman, for his wife and for his family. From what I can tell, I think they're coping with it beautifully and I think he came to terms with his death quite admirably."
