Grammy Award-winning singer Natalie Cole's funeral service will take place in Los Angeles on Monday, according to The Associated Press. A family spokesperson said on Saturday that funeral arrangements for the late daughter of Nat King Cole have been made at a church Cole attended for years, the West Angeles Church of God in Christ and she will be laid to rest alongside her parents, sister and brother at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, Calif.

Natalie Cole's close friend and "Queen of Funk" singer, Chaka Khan, who was among the first to mourn the loss of the singer, is expected to sing at the service, which is likely to be graced by the attendance of some big names in the music industry, according to BET.

Natalie Cole, known for r&b hits like "This Will Be (An Everlasting Love), "Inseparable," and the Grammy Award-winning "Unforgettable," died of heart failure, caused by idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension, on New Year's Eve in Los Angeles. She was 65, as HNGN previously reported.
