Cleveland Browns head coach Mike Pettine reportedly could be coaching his last game with the franchise this weekend against the Pittsburgh Steelers, as there is reportedly a sense within the organization that this will be his last game as the head coach in Cleveland, according to NFL reporter Rand Getlin.

Browns owner Jimmy Haslam reportedly would not answer Pettine's questions regarding his future in Cleveland, but Pettine told reporters this past week that he hadn't even asked, according to NFL reporter Dan Hanzus. Reports began to surface at the beginning of this month that it was highly unlikely that both Pettine and general manager Ray Farmer would return in Cleveland in 2016, and now it seems like Pettine may be on his way out the door.

Browns staffers reportedly emerged from a meeting with Pettine on Friday with the impression that he would be coaching his final game in Cleveland, according to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer. The Browns were expected to have a much improved season after posting at 7-9 record in 2014, and they are clearly going in the wrong direction, as they are tied for the league's worst record at 3-12.

Both Pettine and defensive coordinator Jim O'Neil are reportedly expected to be fired following Sunday's game against the Steelers, and Farmer could also be on his way out, according to Cabot. The Browns will be without quarterback Johnny Manziel this weekend due to a concussion, and the organization will have plenty of questions to answer this offseason, as they are clearly not improving and have not made the playoffs since 2002.
