Jeremy Renner has finalized his divorce from his ex-wife Sonni Pacheco.

The 44-year-old "The Avengers: Age of Ultron" actor will not have to pay any spousal support, and the former couple will share custody of their 2-year-old daughter Ava Berlin Renner, according to court documents obtained by "Entertainment Tonight."

Renner will have to pay $13,000 a month in child support for his daughter, which comes out to $156,000 per year. Also, whenever the actor pulls in more than $2.3 million a year, he will have to pay 5 percent of the excess as additional child support.

The "Mission Impossible" actor gets to walk away with property, which includes a Tesla and Triumph motorcycle.

The settlement also stated that neither parent is to "make derogatory or insulting remarks" about the other, the other's partner or "either of their families" in front of their daughter, according to E! News. Renner and Pacheco are banned from "arguing, yelling or using profanity" directed at one another in front of Ava.

Their agreement comes after a nasty year involving a custody battle and figuring out the terms of their split following their 10-month marriage. In January, Pacheco filed for divorce from Renner citing irreconcilable differences. Earlier this year, Renner reportedly feared that Pacheco, a Canadian native, would flee the country with their daughter because she was requesting physical custody.

Since becoming a father, Renner has flooded his Instagram page with photos of his daughter. At the time, Renner claimed that "Under the terms of the Parties' Prenuptial Agreement, Petitioner has waived the right to receive spousal support."

"This will be my daughter's place in the future," Renner said in a recent interview with Playboy. "I own it now, but Ava owns me. When she drew her first breath and with that palmar reflex grabbed my finger, the thought came to me, if all goes well, this same scenario will happen when I take my last breath."

Since becoming a father, Renner has flooded his Instagram page with photos of her daughter.
