Yolanda Foster is getting a fresh start. Two weeks after announcing her split from husband David Foster, the 51-year-old "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" moved out and got her own place, according to E! News.

"David thought it best that she move out. It was his condo they had been living in," a source told the publication.

The reality star was reportedly spotted sitting outside her new apartment building holding medical boards, according to the Daily Mail. A moving van was also spotted unloading medical equipment and plants and bringing them into the apartment complex. As previously reported by HNGN, Foster was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012 and has been battling the disease ever since.

Over the weekend, the former Dutch model and mother of models Gigi and Bella Hadid Instagrammed a photo of a phone from her new place. She captioned the photo, "First day of the rest of my life....... #DefiningMoment #NewBeginnings #OneFootInFronttOfTheOther #HomeSweetHome."

"If God brings you to it, he will bring you through it..," she captioned a photo of herself in bed. Adding the hashtag, "#Faith#BuildingTheNew #OneDayAtATime#NightNight.

Earlier this month, Yolanda and David released a statement announcing that they were ending their four-year marriage.

"Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways," the couple wrote in a joint statement obtained by E! News. "We've shared nine beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues.

"We are grateful for the years we've spent together and believe wholeheartedly that we did our best," the statement continued. "I hope that we can pave the road ahead of us with all we've learned and with the love and respect we will always have for one another."

Foster admitted that the "turbulent circumstances" of her illness put a strain on her marriage. She recently spoke to "Entertainment Tonight" about her divorce.

"I keep going, one foot in front of the other," she shared. "I mean obviously, this is a difficult time, I'm heartbroken but I'm grateful to have my job and be dressed up at an event."
