Dr. Jen Arnold and Bill Klein, stars of TLC's reality TV series "The Little Couple," are returning to the network for season 8, and so are their kids, Zoey and Will, People reported. In the new teaser trailer for the upcoming season, the couple reflected on the joys of parenthood, and clips showed the kids getting into adorable, care-free antics.

"This season on 'The Little Couple,' Will is 5, Zoey's soon-to-be 4, and right now they get excited about almost anything-which is fantastic," Arnold said in the opening of the trailer.

Arnold and her husband Klein documented the adoption process for both of their children in previous seasons of "The Little Couple," traveling first to China to pick up their son Will and then India for their little girl Zoey.

However, the adoption trip to India was cut short when Arnold had a health scare. The 41-year-old neonatologist rushed back home to Houston, Texas, where she was diagnosed stage 3 choriocarcinoma, a rare form of cancer, according to Today.

Klein also experienced health issues in the previous season and underwent surgery for back problems.

But now that mom and dad are healthy again, the little family is getting back into a normal routine, and Klein and Arnold can focus on enjoying parenthood.

"I never really understood what parenthood was all about when I wasn't a parent. I could never envision having that sort of relationship with a child where I hang on every word and everything they do," Klein said in his on-camera interview, as an adorable clip showed little Zoey giving her papa a tiny kiss.

"It's great to be where we are at right now, just enjoying the moment," Arnold said in her on-camera interview. "We're healthy, happy, starting school, doing everyday stuff, just kind of enjoying life like every family should."
