In a new sneak peak for the upcoming three-part TLC special "Jill & Jessa: Counting On," Anna Duggar speaks out for the first time after her husband Josh was outed during the Ashley Madison hacking scandal, People reported. Jill Dillard (née Duggar) and Jessa Seewald (née Duggar) star in the special, along with their siblings Jinger, Jana and Joseph and sister-in-law, Anna.

The series focuses on the adult children of the Duggar family, documenting their lives as they cope with the fallout from their older brother Josh's secret life as a cheater and a sex addict, as previously reported by HNGN. After Josh admitted that he used his account on the Ashley Madison website to cheat on his wife Anna, he entered a faith-based rehabilitation program for his addiction in August.

"I was just like 'I'm gonna wake up and everything's gonna be okay,' and 'this can't be true,'" Anna tells the cameras about her reaction to her husband's infidelity.

"Everybody makes their own decisions and everybody makes their own choices, but they're not the only ones that suffer the consequences," Anna's sister-in-law, Jill, says of how the family is dealing with the scandal.

"I don't think there's any way any of us would've known that my brother was living such a secret life," Jill's brother, Joseph, says.

"People are like, 'Y'all aren't perfect?' We were like, 'We never claimed to be perfect,'" Jessa says, defending her family.

"Going forward," Jill says defiantly, "we will come out of this fire, so to speak, stronger as a family unit."

The clip cuts to various scenes of happier moments. In one scene, Jill asks her sister, Jessa, if she's prepared for her birth of her son, and Jessa makes a face.

Other moments shown in the sneak peek include Jessa's pregnancy photo shoot with her husband Ben Seewald and Jill's missionary trip to Central America with her husband, Derek Dillard.

The biggest event that the clip teases is the delivery of Jessa and Ben's son Spurgeon Elliot and the health scare that follows. Duggar matriarch Michelle is heard during a 911 call calmly telling an operator that her daughter is experiencing a lot of blood loss following the birth of her son.

"It was just like a bad dream," Jessa says in the clip, "Like, how could this happen?"
