A Florida man was clocked on radar by the Florida Highway Patrol at 109 mph on Saturday afternoon, according to Naples News. Besides speeding, Noe Dejesus was naked and had three female passengers in the vehicle with him. Dejesus has a history of gun, drug and theft arrests and was driving without a license at the time of his arrest.

After several reports of a Cadillac driving recklessly on and off the road, Florida Highway Police caught up with the driver and pulled him over just outside of Naples, Fla. The trooper approached the vehicle noticing Dejesus was not wearing a shirt and when asked to exit the vehicle, Dejesus did so - naked - according to FOX News.

Dejesus smelled like alcohol, according the police report and had slurred speech and bloodshot eyes. Police witnessed the 33-year-old Dejesus trying to put on his pants as he left the vehicle, nearly falling over.

Inside the vehicle was an open 12-pack of Corona beer between the two front seats, according to the Daily Mail, and an almost empty bottle of Crown Royal Whiskey.

Dejesus declined a field sobriety test, and was arrested on DUI charges and driving without a license. On Sunday, Dejesus paid a $6,000 bond and was released.
