Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Floyd is listed as questionable with a hamstring injury, but he reportedly will play against the San Francisco 49ers Sunday, according to NFL reporter Ian Rapoport. While Floyd has been battling a hamstring injury this season, Seattle Seahawks cornerback Jeremy Lane has returned from the Physically Unable to Perform list and could start this Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers, according to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk.

Floyd did not play last week against the Cincinnati Bengals, but the Cardinals still pulled out the win with a game-winning field goal 34-31. Arizona sits at the top of the NFC West at 8-2, but they know that Seattle is only three games behind them in the standings. Floyd can be an impact player for Arizona's offense, and the last time he played on Nov. 15 against the Seahawks, he caught seven passes for 113 yards and two touchdowns. Floyd's return to the field Sunday opens up the Cardinals offensive game plan and gives quarterback Carson Palmer plenty of options when looking down field.

While Floyd is returning after missing just one game, Lane makes his first return of the season since breaking his arm and tearing his ACL in last year's Super Bowl. The Seahawks cornerback is a crucial piece in Seattle's secondary, and his return could give a boost to this defense. Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll would not say if cornerback Cary Williams would continue to start this week, and it looks like Seattle will wait until game time to show who they are starting at that corner spot. Whether Lane starts or not on Sunday, the addition of him to the active roster only makes Seattle's defense better.
