A shocking new video obtained by Radar Online allegedly shows Charlie Sheen performing oral sex on a man and smoking crack cocaine. The 50-year-old actor recently announced he was diagnosed as HIV positive four years ago.

The video was allegedly recorded in Nevada in 2011, but it's unknown whether Sheen had contracted the disease before or after the video was shot. At least three video clips were recorded, each lasting about 30 seconds, according to Radar.

In the clip, Sheen is allegedly seen smiling on camera while he smokes from a crack pipe and performs oral sex on another man in the room. The outlet initially linked the video to a lawsuit that alleged an "A-List celebrity," reportedly Sheen, had given another man herpes.

The attorney in the lawsuit, Keith Davidson, denied this recent video was the same video evidence used in the lawsuit, which was "filed and subsequently dismissed more than five years ago," he told Radar. There was only one copy of the video evidence from that lawsuit and it was "irretrievably destroyed."

Sheen sat down with "Today" co-anchor Matt Lauer on Nov. 17 and revealed he was HIV positive. The "Anger Management" actor had paid millions to people threatening to expose the secret of his diagnosis over the last four years.
