Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi will return to the Jersey Shore with her husband Jionni Lavalle as the husband-and-wife duo team up on a new business venture: flipping houses. FYI Network ordered the couple's new show "Nicole and Jionni's Shore Flip" that will premiere in early 2016, according to A+E Network.

"Millennials have grown up with Nicole, and we're excited to now partner with her and Jionni as they start their first business flipping homes together," Gena McCarthy, Senior Vice President of Programming and Development for FYI, said in a statement. "This series combines renovation, design, and family comedy in a unique docu-series approach to the home makeover genre."

Cameras will follow Polizzi and Jionni back down the shore where they met during Polizzi's days as the star of MTV's "Jersey Shore." Lavalle will take on the role of contractor and builder and Polizzi will be in charge of design and décor.

"With spending so many summers growing up at the shore, and then finding love there with Jionni, we couldn't think of a more perfect place to start our business together," Polizzi said in the press release. "Jionni has always wanted to flip houses, and with my love for interior design and do-it-yourself crafts, this project is a dream come true. We are excited to bring our passions to television and can't wait for our fans to see us on this new journey."

The show is produced by Entertainment One and Polizzi and Lavalle will serve as executive producers, along with FYI's McCarthy, James Bolosh, and Lauren Wohl, and eONe's John Morayniss, Tara Long and Mark Herwick.

Polizzi took to Instagram to share a candid shot from production, which is already underway. The series will air in eight one-hour long episodes on the FYI Network starting next year.
