Jenni "JWoww" Farley is having a boy! The former "Jersey Shore" star announced on her website Friday that she and her husband Roger Mathews are expecting a son in May 2016.
JWoww posted an adorable photo of a white gender reveal cake with blue and pink polka dots and two separate blue and pink shoes. The writing on the cake read, "He or She? Can't wait to see!" and inside the cake were different shades of blue.
"Roger and I have said from the beginning that, just like it was with Meilani, it does not matter which gender our baby is, as long as he or she is healthy," she wrote on her blog. "Still, we are so excited to be expecting a baby BOY!"
"It's amazing knowing that we are having one of each, just like Nicole ["Snooki" Polizzi]," the reality star added. "I've always said I wanted a boy. I think there is something to be said about a mother-and-son bond. I can't wait for us to meet him and I know Meilani's going to be an awesome, protective big sister... May 2016, a mini Roger is coming! Get ready, world."
The exciting news comes two weeks after JWoww and Mathews tied the knot in a lavish New Jersey ceremony in front of friends and family. The couple announced their pregnancy at the wedding reception. The two met in 2010 in Seaside Heights while filming the third season of "Jersey Shore," and Mathews proposed to Farley in September 2012 with a 5-carat pink and white diamond engagement ring during a skydiving session.
"Roger is my perfect man in every way and he is the best daddy to Meilani that I could ever ask for," she wrote on her website prior to saying "I Do." "He accepts me in every way and I am more in love with him than ever!"
JWoww's "Jersey Shore" cast mates Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Deena Cortese and Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola served as bridesmaids, as previously reported by HNGN. Former co-stars Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Paul "DJ Pauly D" DelVecchio and Vinny Guadagnino were also in attendance.
The couple's 1-year-old daughter severed as the flower girl.
