Playboy, the world's most iconic and well-respected nude magazine for men, announced Tuesday that as of March 2016, it will no longer be publishing nude photos of women as a part of its radical redesign. As one of the most popular magazines in the world, it made sense that longtime fans and subscribers were upset over this decision, but there are two celebrities, who have previously posed for the magazine, that don't think this is their best decision.

"I always considered Playboy the classiest nude men's magazine," model Carmen Electra, 43, told Fox News. "It saddens me that they are folding into the current trend instead of sticking to what [Hugh] Hefner fought for from the beginning, when Marilyn Monroe graced the cover. That being said, I support Playboy and wish them the best of luck in their new venture."

Electra has posed nude for the magazine five times and has been on the cover three different times. She is one of the most well-known models to come out of this publication, and she really thinks Hefner, who is the founder, is making a huge mistake.

The decision came from one of the magazine's top editors Cory Jones, who believes that the magazine's sales are dropping because it is being outshined by nudity on the Internet, The New York Times reported.

Coco Austin, who is married to rapper Ice-T and is currently pregnant with her first child, has also posed for the magazine in the past, and she completely agrees with Electra.

"They definitely need nudity. That is who Playboy is," she said. "There are too many magazines with clothed models." Unfortunately, she does understand, though, because print publication really is an industry that is slowly dying thanks to the Internet.

"Magazines are not hot anymore. Everything is Internet," she added. "Four million people were looking at Playboy magazine at one time, and now 400,000 people get it."
