Playboy has released its yearly ranking of the top party schools in the country for 2015 on Monday. Ohio University was able to bag the top place because of the consistent party scene at Athens, Ohio.

Ohio University is known for its block parties that are held simultaneously with the college music festival that continues through the spring semester. It is popular for party-goers to spend time on a hill called "Bong Hill" and continue bar hopping all around the college town, according to Time.

Listed are the Top Ten party schools of 2015:

1. Ohio University

2. University of Iowa

3. Florida State University

4. Tulane University

5. University of Illinois

6. University of Texas

7. Syracuse University

8. University of Wisconsin

9. University of Mississippi

10. University of Michigan

The list was completely different from last year's since University of Pennsylvania was on the top rank but is nowhere to be found on the Top Ten list. Ohio University, on the other hand, was not even on the list last year, the Huffington Post reported.

This has been the tenth ranking Playboy published after the ones in 1987, 2002, 2006, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. Ohio University always ranks first on Brobible and Princeton Review held it as the top party school in 2011.

"Athens is home to one of the country's largest Halloween block parties - a drunken fete so epic it attracts such sponsors as the infamous caffeinated alcohol Four Loko," according to Playboy. "The debauchery escalates further at #Fest, OU's take on Electric Daisy Carnival, where students double-fist Solo cups while bouncing to the sounds of Diplo, Wiz Khalifa, and Kendrick Lamar."

Playboy took the poll based on many aspects such as access to nightlife, the creativity of gatherings, and musical events. "A reader's poll and feedback from Playboy's more than 28 million social media fans were also considered, along with information from the National Center for Education Statistics, the NCAA, and the US Economic Census," according to Playboy's press release, Business Insider reported.
