Apple has rolled out its upgrade for all of its mobile devices including iPhones and iPads. iOS 7 takes the mobile operating system that users have come to know and completely reskinned and revamped it for a more elegant and modern look. In addition to just looking better, iOS 7 is packed with smaller user-friendly features that have gone largely unnoticed in the weeks since its launch. Below is a list of 8 exciting features you may not have noticed about iOS 7, Courtesey of Mashable.

Clock Icon: The icon for the default clock application, which houses the timer, alarm clock and world clocks, now moves with the actual time. Before it always displayed a static time of 10:15. If you look close at the iOS 7 version, you can see the second hand move and the other hands coincide with the actual time.

Text Timestamps: On iOS 6, if you wanted to know exactly when a text was sent, you were out of luck unless it happened to be the first in your conversation for that day. Now if you slide the text bubbles to the left, each individual text will display a timestamp for when it was sent and received.

The Level: If you open the Compass App and swipe your finger across it, a new digital "level" is revealed. Now you can hang paintings straight with the ease of your iPhone.

Night Mode Map: Driving at night is never fun, especially if you don't know where you're going. Apple's new Maps app now reduces the blinding light from your phone's screen automatically depending on what time of day it is so that you won't have to navigate on an overly bright screen.

Closing Multiple Apps: While this was also a feature on iOS 6, it's become a lot easier to use. When you double tap the home button to bring up all of your open apps, you can use up to three fingers to close multiple apps at once. Prior to this you had to either use two hands or have impeccable aim to hit the small "close" button on the icon.

Block Calls: You can go to Settings > Phone > Blocked and simply add numbers of people you don't want to be bothered by anymore. This is a great function for making sure your friends keep off of you while you get that big project done. Just don't forget to unblock them when the time comes.

Apps Near You: The App Store now has a "Near Me" feature that shows apps that are popular to people who live and work near your location. In major cities, this means you can crowd source the most useful subway transit app or find deals for good shopping.
