Heather Philips, a 40-year-old preschool teacher in Port St Lucie, Fla., has been arrested for having sex with her 12-year-old daughter's ex-boyfriend, who is only 15-years-old. This began after Philips flirted with the boy telling him things such as "I wish you were mine," according to Daily Mail.

The 15-year-old and Philips would communicate via Oovoo - an instant messaging/video conference app. The two allegedly had sexual contact in two months following the break up of the 15-year-old and Philip's daughter. Philips and the teen had sex several times in her house and even in a park, according to CBS 12.

In another incident, Philips had sex with the teen in her bedroom and threatened him with a knife saying, "don't move." Finally the teen told his parents about these encounters after Phillips told him she was pregnant and planned on getting an abortion. The teen's parents alerted authorities who began an investigation. Using Oovoo, authorities pretended to be the 15-year-old. When she believed the teen was going to tell his parents about the situation, she responded by saying "Don't say s--t until we talk. Have you lost your mind?," according to Daily Star.

Phillips was then questioned by police about what occured. She initially claimed she did not have sex with the teen, but later admitted it. Phillips claimed that the pregnancy dilemma was simply a joke. She was arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior/sexual activity with a child under 16-years-old. She is being held at St. Lucie County jail with a bond of 60,000.
