Daisy, Mack and Hunter retrieve their first Inhuman within the first few minutes of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season three premiere, but it's only the first of many powered persons the team will track down over the course of the season.

Director Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) put Daisy (Chloe Bennet) in charge of the Secret Warriors project at the end of season two. A new crop of Inhumans will begin to surface after they're inadvertently exposed to the Terrigen crystals spilled into the ocean.

"As you can imagine, it's one thing to find a person who has powers; it's another to find a person who has those skills and wants to be with you. So, the idea of putting together a Secret Warrior team over the course of the season seems like a noble goal for S.H.I.E.L.D., as they battle Inhumans," executive producer Jeff Bell told TVLine.

Daisy (formerly Skye) realized her own Inhuman powers last season and will use her personal experience to help others. She's also hardened a little after the traumatic reunion with her parents.

"She's been put in charge of finding new Inhumans. She's definitely taking that task very seriously," Bennet told CBR News. "When your mom tries to kill you, and deceives you, and tries to choke you on top of a boat, things get difficult. When your dad is Mr. Hyde, things get tough. She's definitely a little edgier, and she's a little harder, she's a little bit more serious."

"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." will premiere its third season on Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 9 p.m. on ABC.
