Mariah Carey and her new boyfriend, Australian billionaire James Packer, made their red carpet debut on Monday night at the New York City premiere of "The Intern." The couple got together in June of this year and were spotted together all over Europe during the summer months.

The "We Belong Together" singer wore a blood-red floor-length dress with a cropped black jacket along with a pair of pink cat-eye sunglasses. Packer, the CEO of RatPac Entertainment, kept things simple with a classic black suit paired with a white button-down and a red wine tie.

"They were really cute together!" an eyewitness told Entertainment Tonight. The eyewitness also added that the couple "seemed very happy" together.

The diva was first linked to the Aussie after they vacationed together in Italy in June. The couple was seen holding hands as they enjoyed Capri, a small island off the southern coast of Italy.

The new couple's debut came after Carey's ex-husband, Nick Cannon, filed for divorce in 2014. Cannon and Carey had two children together, 4-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe. Packer also had three children in a previous marriage to Erica Baxter. The two split in 2014 after six years of marriage, according to People.
