Guess its safe to say that Mariah Carey won't be returning to the "American Idol" stage.

During an interview with Australian KIIS FM hosts Kyle and Jackie O on Thursday, the 45-year-old former "Idol" judge trashed the long-running singing competition when she was asked if she'd potentially return for a reunion in the upcoming 15th and final season.

Her response, "Hell no. Absolutely not. That was the worst experience of my life."

The pop star then suggested that her highly-publicized feud with fellow judge Nicki Minaj was mostly made-up to increase rating for the show.

"I'm not going to get into what it was, but let's just say I don't think they had any intentions for us to have a good experience doing that show. Pitting two females against each other wasn't cool," Carey said, the Daily Mail reported. "It should have been about the contestants instead of about some non-existent feud that turned into even more ridiculousness."

"I would never want to be involved with it again," she continued.

Unfortunately, the "Infinity" singer didn't stop there. She went on to call the long-running show "so boring and so fake."

"You have to make up things to say about people," she said. "Half the time the performances are good. You'd just be like, 'It was good!'"

Carey appeared on season 12 of the show alongside, Randy Jackson, Keith Urban and Nicki Minaj, In a 2013 interview with Hot 97's Angie Martinez, Carey compared working on the show to "going to work every day in hell with Satan."
