Justin Bieber spent his Thursday morning dancing through the rain outside Rockefeller Center for the "Today" show's last summer concert.

The morning show appearance was just the latest performance by the 21-year-old pop star who has been everywhere promoting his new No. 1 hit "What Do You Mean?" Bieber also showed off some seriously platinum blonde hair while he sung hits like "Where Are You Now," "Boyfriend" and even an acoustic version of "Baby," according to Vanity Fair.

Bieber's new song of his upcoming untitled album, "What Do You Mean" became his first-ever No. 1 single and also made him the youngest-ever male artist to debut in the top spot of the Billboard Hot 100, according to Entertainment Weekly.

The closest the pop star had ever made it to the top was back in 2012 when "Boyfriend" hit No. 2. "What Do You Mean?" also broke Spotify's record for the most streams in a single week globally and in the United States. The song was streamed an incredible 21 million times in just five days.

On "Today" Bieber also showed off a new bleached blonde hair-do.

"You guys like the hair?" he asked his fans as they screamed back their approval.

It was not the first time the singer dyed his hair a lighter color, reported E! News. Bieber first dyed his hair platinum in December 2014, but it did not last too long.
